In order to address issues facing communities in the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is imperative that agencies work together and create the proverbial “village” it takes to raise a child, in order to achieve positive change.  This village is established through the development of effective partnerships.  In this one day interactive workshop, participants will be engaged in activities to help them understand, retain, and apply the fundamentals of “Developing, Managing, and Maintaining Effective Community Partnerships,” in order to improve their communities.
